You Lost me…

By Teresa Bebla on August 29, 2010 | Category: Song of the Day | 0 Comments »

I have been a long time fan of Christina A. Some of her songs I have found to be a bit questionable, but none the less, she is an amazing talent. I will never forget that when my husband and I first began dating he had her as his screen saver on his phone, and I wanted to have her killed…I’m just kidding! My sense of humor borders on the unusual I will admit.

Now about this song You Lost me, I first heard her sing it on American Idol, and I was in love with it. I don’t believe this sing would have captured me as much as it did without her voice. This is in my opinion her best song!!

YOU LOST ME

I am done
Smoking gun
We’ve lost it all
The love is gone

She has won
Now its no fun
We’ve lost it all
The love is gone

And we had magic
And this is tragic
You couldn’t keep your hands to yourself

I feel like our world’s been infected,
And somehow you left me neglected

We’ve found our lives been changed
Babe, you lost me

And we tried
Oh, how we cried
Oh, we lost ourselves
The love has died

And we had magic
And this is tragic
You couldn’t keep your hands to yourself

Oh, I feel like our world’s been infected
And somehow you left me neglected
We’ve found our lives been changed
Cause babe, you lost me

Now I know you’re sorry
And we were sweet
Oh, but you chose lust when you deceived me
And you’ll regret it, but it’s too late
How can I ever trust you again?

I feel like our world’s been infected,
And somehow you left me neglected
We’ve found our lives been changed
Oh babe, you lost me
